The first several months after having a baby can come with a whole new set of learning curves, for the parents and the baby.  An experienced postpartum doula is there to help navigate and support families during this early growth period.  If you need help with the dishes piling up in the sink because you want to stare at your squishy new baby all day, a postpartum doula is for you.  If you are not sleeping because your 4 week old stays up all night and your partner has gone back to work, a postpartum doula is for you.  If you are still pregnant and feeling like a fish out of water when it comes to a newborn, a postpartum doula is for you.
